1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. buttermilk
2 T. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients. Then add the rest and mix but don't overmix. It's okay to have lumps.
Cook on hot griddle.

*You can also use whole wheat flour or do 1/2 and 1/2*
