1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add in milk, egg and oil. Beat until smooth. Bake @ 425º 20-25 minutes
