3 T. margarine
1 med. onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 C. cooked, chicken, chopped
6 oz. pasta (I use spaghetti)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 C. chicken broth
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Melt margarine in a skillet. Add celery and onion and cook until vegtables are clear. Layer cooked chicken over vegetables. Layer dry pasta over chicken. Add salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth making sure pasta is covered and moistened. Layer on the mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle paprika over top of all ingredients. Cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes, continue cooking until pasta is cooked.
