3 lbs. sweet potatoes (10), 1/4 stick of butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, cinnamon, marshmallows (enough to cover the top)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up the potatoes. Boil until soft. Drain. Add butter, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon then mix together with hand mixer. Spread mixture into casserole dish. Top with marsh mellows. Place in oven at 350 degrees. until marshmallows are light brown.
