Ingredients:  
1/4c.flour, 2Tbs. butter, 1/2c. sugar, 1 egg,1-20oz.can chunk pineapple, 1/4lb. american cheese chopped.
Directions:
Directions:
Make sauce with flour,butter,sugar,egg and juice from pineapple,cook until thickened then add cheese and pineapple.Put into baking dish. Top with marshmallows.Bake at 300º until marshmallows are melted or brown on top.
