6 egg yolks
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. lemon extract
1/4 t. almond flavoring
1 1/2 cups cake flour
1/4 t. salt
6 egg whites
3/4 t. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add water and beat until thick. Add sugar gradually; then add the flavorings. Sift flour and salt together and add to first mixture. Beat whites until foamy; add cream of tartar and beat until glossy. Fold into the yolk mixture. Bake in tube pan 60 minutes at 325.
