1 - 1/2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup Quaker Oats
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup tomato juice
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly into an ungreased loaf pan or line a loaf pan with foil. Bake for 1 hr. and 15 min. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
