3 medium onions, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 c sliced almonds
2 small cans mushrooms
2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all of the ingredients. Butter large casserole. Mix 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice and 2 cans bouillon to other mixture. Add to casserole dish and bake at 350º covered about 1-1 1/2 hours.
