2 eggs (beaten)
salt & pepper (to taste)
milk
NY state cheddar cheese (grated)
Mild cheddar cheese (grated)
Elbow macaroni (cooked)
sugar
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add a little salt and pepper and a little milk to the beaten eggs. Layer in dish: macaroni, cheese, a little bit of sugar, butter, egg mixture, and then sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Cook @ 350 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
