1/2 c butter (1 stick)
3/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
2 c flour (a little more may be added if too soft to handle)
salt (to taste)
red pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add a little grated cheese and a little flour back and forth until all is used. Put mixture through a cookie press and bake @ 375 for 10-12 minutes.
