6 c plain flour
1 tsp salt
2 c sweet milk
1/2 c sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c lukewarm water
1 package yeast
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and salt. In a sauce pan, mix together milk, sugar, and butter. Let the mixture get hot enough to melt butter. Remove from heat. Cool. Add lukewarm water and yeast to a small bowl. Set bowl to the side to let yeast melt. Once milk mixture is cooled, mix in yeast, and then mix with flour and salt. Set off to one side in a covered pan and let rise. Then, add baking powder, soda, and salt. Leave dough in refrigerator for 2 hours.
