4 cups raw potatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook flour, salt, pepper, butter, and milk to make a white sauce. Pour over potatoes in buttered baking dish. Place in oven, 5" from the bottom. Bake uncovered for about one hour or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
