9 Slices bacon, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces cream cheese 1/4 cup half and half
5 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp chopped or slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until almost crisp,
drain excess fat and add garlic and cook until
bacon is crisp.
2. Preheat oven to 350º. Beat cream cheese until
smooth. Add half and half and mix until combined. 3. Stir in bacon mixture and blue cheese. Transfer to
an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Bake until
thoroughly heated, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with
almonds.
4. This may be prepared in advance and kept
refrigerated until ready to heat.
