1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
1 cup all- purpose flour
1 cup yellow corn meal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped jalapeños
1/4 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup cream style corn
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs - slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients until lumps disappear.
Pour into an oiled 8 or 9 in. square pan, top with sausage. Bake at 400º for 30-35 minutes or until done.
