1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
2 T. taco seasoning
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans crescent rolls
Lettuce
Green pepper
Salsa
Sour cream
Sliced olives
Sliced avocado
Tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, brown hamburger and drain fat. Add 2 T. taco seasoning and 2 T. water then the cheese. Meanwhile lay the crescent rolls around a pizza pan with the points out. Scoop the meat mixture on top of each roll going all around the pan. Fold the points over and tuck in.
Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes. Then fill center of ring with chopped lettuce, a green pepper "bowl" filled with salsa, sliced olives and tomato and avocado slices, dollops of sour cream. Can also be served as an appetizer.
