24 oz. of Italian link sausage or Jimmy Dean Italian sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 1/2 T. total of oregano, thyme, basil and rosemary mixture
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Sprinkling of dried parsley
1 can tomato paste
2 1/2 C. chicken or beef broth
1 C. uncooke rice
1 small can sliced olives, drained
Grated cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, add onion, green pepper and celery and saute until tender. Drain off any fat and add remaining ingredients except olives, cheese and sour cream. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in olives and top with cheese, cover until cheese melts. Serve topped with sour cream.
