1 softened 8 oz pkg cream cheese (can use lite)
1/2 brown sugar or brown sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg brickle toffee chips
lots of granny smith apple slices
pineapple juice optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 softened pkg 8 oz cream cheese with ½ cup brown sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Right before serving add 1 pkg brickle toffee chips (I use ½ pkg Heath). Serve with granny smith apple slices (in pineapple juice , to keep from browning).

Great for parties and tailgating. When you find the brickle chips, buy 2 bags and freeze one because they are hard to find at the store! We have eaten tons of this at Clemson tailgate parties.
