1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
8-10 medium potatoes, sliced thinly
half of an onion , chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
dissolve cream of tarter in water, Add potatoes and toss together and drain.
Place half of potatoes in slow cooker. Sprinkle with onions, salt,pepper and half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining potatoes and cheese. Spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hrs. or high 4 hrs.
