2 1/2 - 3 lb. stewing hen, cut into pieces
1/2 lb stewing beef, cubed
1/2 lb veal shoulder, or roast , cubed
1 1/2 qt. water
1/2 lb. small red potatoes, cubed
1/2 lb small onions, halved
1 c. sliced carrots
1 lb. pkg frozen lima beans
1 c. okra whole or diced, fresh or frozen
1 c. whole kernel corn
8 oz can whole tomatoes with juice
15 oz. can tomato puree
1 tsp. salt
1/4-1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except last 5 seasonings in one very large slow cooker or divide between two medium ones.
Cover and cook on low 10-12 hrs. Add seasonings during last hour of cooking.
