12 slices of bread, lightly buttered, crusts removed
1 1/2 c.shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. sausage or bacon, cooked
9 beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
2 T. instant onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread in a 9x13 or a 11x15' pan or cube the bread and mix it in with the cheese, sausage or bacon and eggs. Place in pan. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, onion, salt and dry mustard. Mix and pour over pan, cover pan and bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour. Uncover pan about 10 minutes before time is up and sprinkle additional cheese on top.
