3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. crisco
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. QUICK OATS
1-12 oz. pkg chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend together brown sugar, white sugar, crisco in a large bowl.
2. Add eggs and vanilla
3. In a smaller bowl, sift together:
flour
salt
baking soda
4. Add the quick oats and chocolate chips to the dry ingredients.
5. Blend dry ingredients into creamed. (will be hard to stir)
6. Drop in spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 13 minutes.
