1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup grated horseradish
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper vinegar or Tabasco
1/4 tsp salt

Mix together and refrigerate in glass container. It keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
