6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves or 6 chicken breasts with bone in.
1 1/2 cups white rice
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
2 small cans mushrooms
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
If you are using whole chicken breasts, remove the skin. You may brown chicken first but it's not necessary. Add rice to medium-sized roaster or casserole. Mix soups, water and mushrooms together. Mix in with the rice. Lay chicken breasts on top trying to keep on top as much as possible. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350º.
