1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) Mexican Velveeta w/ jalapeño pepppers, cut up
3/4 c. salsa
6 flour tortillas
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Brown hamburger, drain. Add 1/4 c. water and Velveeta and stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Stir in salsa.

Spray 8' square baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/4 of meat mixture into dish, top with 2 tortillas. Repeat layers 2 more times. Top with remaining meat mixture, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 30 minutes, remove foil and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
