6 Chicken thighs and 6 Chicken Legs
1 onion chopped
1/4 each red and green bell peppers
1 clove garlic minced
1 lg box swanson's chicken broth
1 c rice
1 can chopped or diced tomatoes
1 T parsley chopped
2 t salt and 1/4 t pepper
1/2 t paprika
1 bay leaf
1/2 t tabasco or other hot sauce

Saute' salted chicken in a little oil til lightly browned. Set aside and in the same pan saute' onion, garlic and peppers til tender. Add tomatoes til heated. Put chicken broth in crock pot, add rice and spices and stir. Add chicken, tomato mixture and hot sauce. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours.
