2 Chicken thighs skinned
1 carrot (cut in half inch diagonals)
1/2 to 1 c green beans sliced 1 inch diagonally
1/2 small potato in 1/2 inch chunks
1 T white worchestershire sauce
1/2 T white wine
dried thyme
1 bay leaf
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place thighs on foil, arrange veggies around meat. Add spices, wine, worchestershire, season as desired and bake wraped tightly with foil at 350 for 30 minutes or til done.
