2 lbs. Ground chuck
2 large eggs
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. thyme

1 (16 oz) can cranberry sauce
1 (12oz) jar chili sauce
¼ cup orange marmalade
¼ cup water
2 Tbs. soy sauce
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Shape mixture into about 50 (1-inch) balls.

Cook meatballs in batches, in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned; remove from pan, drain well on paper towels.

Stir together cranberry and chili sauce and next 5 ingredients in a large Dutch oven over medium heat, and cook, whisking occasionally, 5 minutes until smooth. Add meatballs; reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring occasionally, 15-20 minutes or until centers are no longer pink.
