9” x 13” glass baking dish, un-greased

2 (8oz) bags shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8oz) bag mozzarella cheese

3 eggs
1 ½ Tbs. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Coat bottom of pan with Jalapeños.

Mix cheeses, eggs, and milk. Spread evenly over Jalapeño peppers and pat down.

Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes until top begins to brown and sides begin to bubble.

Let cool to room temperature before cutting with a serrated knife.
