1 1/8 cups milk
3 cups bread flour
1 t. salt
2 T. butter or margarine
3 T. brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2 t. ground cinnamon
Pinch of grated nutmeg
1/2 t. yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
