3/8 cup milk
3/8 cup water
1 egg
3 cups flour
1 t. salt
3 T butter or margarine
2 T. sugar
2 t. yeast
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. baking soda
3/4 - 1 cup nuts, raisins, fruit mix (all together)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread pan in order given. Select light crust and DOUGH setting and press start. When dough is ready, take out of breadmaker and put on lightly floured board. Cut in half and form into two loaves. Put loaves into two smaller (not the mini size) bread pans which have been greased. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until top is lightly brown.
