First Layer:
1 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Second Layer:
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 of 9 oz. container whipped topping

Third Layer:
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Fourth Layer:
Remaining whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
First: Cut all ingredients together and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15-18 minutes at 350º. Cool.

Second: Cream sugar with cream cheese. Stir in whipped topping an spread on cooled crust.

Third: Mix pudding and pour over second layer.

Fourth: Spread remaining whipped topping on third layer and garnish with chopped nuts or grated chocolate.
