Un buen filete de pescado
Sal
Jugo de limón
Aceitunas
Alcaparras
Anchoas cortadas
Rodajas gruesas de pimiento, de cebolla y de tomate sin cáscara
Tomillo
Aceite de oliva

Directions:
Directions:
Acomodar en un pyrex un buen filete de pescado, sazonarlo con sal y jugo de limón. Encima ponerle aceitunas negras, alcaparras, anchoas cortadas, rodajas gruesas de pimiento, de cebolla y de tomate sin cáscara. Echarle bastante tomillo y aceite de oliva.
Hornear a 200° por aproximadamente media hora.
