1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbls hot water
3/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour
2 -2 1/2 cups blueberries

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk and hot water. Add softened dry ingredients. Fold in berries. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes.

Topping:
Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter to form coarse crumbs. Spread over cake and bake.
