8 oz of shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 c. Monetary Jack Cheese
2 tbsp. Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. chili powder
10 flour tortillas
Fresh Cilantro

Tomatillo Salsa
6 tomatillos, peeled
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 jalapeņo pepper
blend all ingredients, cook on med. heat for 15 minutes.

add shrimp with sour cream, chili powder, and 1/2 the cheese. Spread mixture in tortillas and roll up and place in 9x13 pan. Top with tomatilla salsa and the rest of the cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with cilantro.
