1 8ounce brick of cream cheese
1/2 Cup of butter
1/4 Cup of maple syrup
1 Teaspoon vanilla
6 Eggs
4 Cups Half and Half
Raisin Cinnamon bread or any variety you like

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cream cheese together. Whip eggs with Half and Half, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix with melted butter and cream cheese.
Place bread in a 9x13 inch pan, almost to the top of pan. Pour mixture over bread and press to absorb liquid. Cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight. Bake covered at 350º for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 20 minutes. Serve with small dishes of strawberries, cherries, whip cream, chopped nuts and maple syrup.
