1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. Ghiraradelli Classic White Chips (11 oz. bag)
1 1/2 c. Macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in white chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 - 12 min.
