2 c. water
1 c. honey
1 T. minced fresh gingeroot
2 c. chilled club soda
1 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan bring water, honey & gingeroot to a boil. Remove from heat; cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain, discarding gingeroot. Transfer to a pitcher; stir in club soda & lemon juice. Serve immediately over ice.
