3 eggs, separated
1 pkg. (4.6oz) cook 'n serve vanilla pudding mix
1-1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. lemonade concentrate
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 T. sugar
1 baked pie shell

Place egg whites in small mixing bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine pudding mix, milk & sour cream until smooth. Cook & stir over medium heat until thick & bubbly (about 5 minutes). Reduce heat; cook & stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Gradually whisk 1 c. hot filling into egg yolks. Return all to pan. Remove from heat. Gently stir in lemonade concentrate; keep warm. Add lemon juice and cream of tartar to egg whites. Beat on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, 1 T. at a time, on high until stiff peaks form. Pour filling into baked pie shell. Spread meringue over. Bake @ 350º 10 minutes. Refrigerate after cooled.
