1 drained can of green peas (15 oz)
3 stalks celery
one onion
2 grated carrots
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
shredded cheese
bag of Chow Mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and celery. Mix all ingredients except noodles; chill. Just before serving, stir in noodles.
May use light mayo, low fat cheese to reduce fat and calories.
