Ingredients:  
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
5 cups flour
dash of nutmeg
2 tsp.baking powder
1 small teacup full ( abt. 3/4 cup ) milk or water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter or margarine and sugar together, add dry ingredients, then add milk or water to make a soft dough. On a floured board, roll dough to about the thickness of pie crust. Cut in desired shapes and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
