1 lb. Butter or Margarine
1 lb. Pasteurized processed cheese
4 lb Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Cocoa
1 Tlb Vanilla
4 Cups nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan melt butter & cheese. Sift togeher sugr and cocoa. Add to cheese mixture. Next add vanilla & nuts. Mix well & spread into greased 13x9 inch pan. Cut into squares.
