1 c all purpose flour
1/3 c cornstarch
1/3 coca powder
1/2 c sugar
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1/2 can evaporated skim milk
3/4 c unsweetened apple sauce
1/3 c corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1tbsp icing sugar

mix dry ingredients (except icing sugar) in medium bowl set aside. Whisk together wet ingredient add dry ingredient mix until well moistened. Pour into 8" (20 cm) square pan coated with low fat spray. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Cool, sprinkle with icing sugar
