1 lbs extra lean chicken
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 cup chopped red, & green peppers
3/4 cup low sodium tomato sauce
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 tsp chili powder
4 whole grain whole wheat buns/ whole wheat pitas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat until no longer pink. Meanwhile mix together next 4 ingredients and set aside. Add all remaining ingredients to meat and then add vinegar mixture. Bring it all to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins until it thickens. Spoon onto the buns/ pitas and serve
