1 Bunch Broccoli
1/3 c. Mayonnaise
2 t. Prepared Mustard
1/2 c. Shredded Cheese (cheddar or Swiss)

Directions:
Directions:
Trim broccoli, cut into florets. Cook in small amount of lightly salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.

Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over broccoli. Top with cheese. Cover and let stand (off heat) for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
