2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1 1/2 c. cut carrots
1 1/2 c. cut potatoes
onions, quartered
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Mix meat and other ingredients in casserole dish with a tight fitting lid. Bake at 275º for 4 hours.
