1 tsp. Vanilla
1 ½ cups Powdered Sugar
½ cup Peanut butter
¼ cup Margarine or Butter
1 pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
9 cups Chex Cereal
Directions:
Directions:
Measure cereal into a large bowl, set aside. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine; uncovered for 1 minute. Stir and microwave 30 sec. longer, or until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal in bowl, until evenly coated. Pour into large plastic zip-lock bags and add powdered sugar. Seal and shake until well coated.
