2 c. Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix (or Bisquick)
6 T. Yellow Cornmeal
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Add 1 c. milk and 2 eggs; mix thoroughly. Add melted butter and mix until all butter is blended into batter. Pour into a well greased cake pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.

This is as good as Marie Calendar's cornbread. I use Krusteaz buttermilk pancake mix because that's what I use, I don't have Bisquick. This would also make a great breakfast cornbread.
