1/2 c. Flour
4 T. Paprika
4 T. Chili Powder
1/2 t. Powdered Cumin
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Oregano
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
6 c. Chicken Broth

In medium saucepan, cook oil, flour and seasonings over low heat. Gradually add chicken broth and simmer about 30 minutes or until thick.
