4c.pelled,sliced apples,11/2tsp. baking soda, 2 eggs, 2c. sugar, 2tps.cinnamom,3/4 c.veg. oil,2c. flour,1tsp salt, 2tsp. vanilla, 1c. chopped pecans.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.In large bowl, stir apples & sugar. Add dry ingredients,stir well.In separate bowl, beat eggs,oil,and vanilla.Stir egg mixture into apple mixture until moistened. Stir in pecans. Pour into greased 13 by 9 in. pan. Bake 50 mins,or until cake springs back.
