10-12 whole bream fish
1 cup yellow corn meal
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
2 cups vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Scale and clean fish, removing heads. Wash fish. Mix cornmeal, salt, pepper, and seasoned salt together. Put fish and cornmeal mixture in bag and shake until fish is covered. Drop fish in hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides for approximately 3 minutes. Serve with favorite ketchup or tartar sauce .
